DOMESTIC CLEANING
Cleanlinks Services provides a full range of cleaning and hygiene services in London for domestic clients that cover just about any cleaning issue you may have.
Our professional experience is the key of our high quality services at low rates. We know your expectations and we work hard to give this to you every time we clean your home.
Cleanlinks Services offers experienced reliable friendly cleaners fully trained to deal with your personal needs. Our London domestic cleaners will take great care of your home and will take over your house duties, thus you can enjoy more free time and peace of mind.
OFFICE AND COMMERCIAL CLEANING
We have great experience from our present and past contracts in office cleaning in London. Our staff is experienced in cleaning hotels, restaurants and pubs all over London; schools and colleges across London; hospitals, surgeries, nursing homes from both NHS and private clients - we know all the requirements you will have and we are able to meet them.
We understand how important it is to have a clean and tidy working environment. That's why we recruit our staff to meet the high standards we know you seek.
Cleanlinks Services caters for the smallest business to the largest corporations. We provide cleaning services for small and medium size offices within the Greater London area. We also specialize in contract work for estate agents, restaurants and shops.
We are flexible in our work and we are able to meet all your requirements. You can provide all the cleaning materials and equipment or leave it to us. You can rely on us.
Cleanlinks Services staff are trained and experienced but will always follow your specifications and instructions.
To ensure all your requirements are met, we hold regular meetings with our customers, especially in the early stages of our contracts. We position our supervisors to ensure that the cleaning is done to the highest standards.
Before the service starts our Contract Manager will visit your venue and will monitor it on regular intervals throughout our contract to observe whether the Cleanlinks Services's quality standards are kept and ensure the client's requirements are met.
CLEANING WHEN MOVING IN OR OUT OF A PROPERTY, END OF TENANCY OR SPRING CLEAN
For moving in/out cleaning in London we will come and do the following:
- Clean all windows, window frames and sills.
- Clean all skirting and wash the doors.
- Wash all sockets and switches.
- Clean all kitchen, bedroom, living room etc. cupboards inside and out.
- Clean and polish all kitchen, bedroom, living room etc. surfaces and wooden worksurfaces.
- Clean toilets inside and out.
- Wash the tiles and all basins in the bathrooms.
- Hoover / mop all floors and stairs.
- Ensure the property is dust free.
Any building work or washing walls, ceilings, balconies etc. such as special services from labourers, painters etc., are excluded from our cleaning. Washing up / laundry is not included in moving in / out cleaning. The property must be vacant of all furniture.
The Client must supply the cleaning materials and equipment.
Cleanlinks Services cannot be held responsible for an unsuccessful cleaning visit if the cleaning materials and equipment is not supplied in full working order.
The rate charged is £12 per hour, or £16 per hour if we have to
provide cleaning materials. The minimum booking is 6 hours. However, to guarantee that your agency will accept the property we would recommend that for a 2 bedroom house/flat, we send 2 cleaners for a minimum of 4 hours per visit. And if you want to take responsibility for supervising the cleaners, we'll send you as many people as you want.
IRONING
Why not add to your domestic cleaning service our ironing service too! Or simply take the ironing service on its own. Either way, if you need ironing assistance, you can stop having to worry about the basket over-flowing! Please note that all ironing is carried out by our staff at your home.
Our ironing services in London include:
- Ironing shirts (we require our cleaners to iron around 8 shirts per hour)
- Ironing other items - trousers, dresses, knitwear, jeans, etc.
- Sorting clothes
- Starching (if provided)
- Hang / fold & put away
BABYSITTING

We can provide friendly and experienced evening babysitters, even at short notice. For your peace of mind, we interview each and every babysitter in person and check all references thoroughly. At Cleanlinks all our babysitters have years of professional childcare experience and most are OFSTED registered childminders or professionally qualified nannies or nursery nurses.
How does the service work?
You join our service for £50 a year and then when you require a babysitter, simply call our office on 020 8207 5959 to book. A fee of £5 will be charged and debited from your chosen credit or debit card when the booking is made. The minimum babysitting period you can book is 3 hours.
If you do not require an annual service, we can provide you with a one off session of babysitting at a booking fee of £15.00.
We will always provide you with professional babysitters who have passed our selection process and are local to your home. We always try to book babysitters you have met before and will try your preferred babysitter first. As soon as we have arranged for a babysitter to attend we confirm your booking to let you know who will be sitting and give you some information on their previous experience. We then ensure that both you and the babysitter receive a reminder call on the day of your booking just to ensure no appointment is missed.
